Dishonesty Bonds

These bonds extend recovery rights to both the employer and the customer for acts of employee dishonesty or loss of money or property due to fraudulent or dishonest acts by an employee. The bond has a conviction clause which requires that a conviction be obtained before the bond will be paid.
